Key Duties

  • Perform detailed inspections of cable and wire products.
  • Document and report non-conformances to the production team and QA Supervisor.
  • Ensure tools such as tape measures and calipers are calibrated and maintained.
  • Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues promptly.

Job Responsibilities

  • Quality Inspection and Documentation:
    • Inspect work-in-process products according to defined procedures.
    • Document product non-conformities and communicate findings.
  • Quality Improvement Support:
    • Analyze non-conformance issues and perform root cause analysis.
    • Aid in developing and improving quality processes.
    • Suggest and implement process improvements to enhance quality and efficiency.
  • Data Management and Reporting:
    • Support quality data entry and generate reports as needed.
    • Aid in product release documentation.

Internal and External Relationships

  • Internal: Collaborates with the production team, engineering department, and quality management.
  • External: May interact with external auditors or regulatory bodies to support compliance efforts.
