Key Duties
- Perform detailed inspections of cable and wire products.
- Document and report non-conformances to the production team and QA Supervisor.
- Ensure tools such as tape measures and calipers are calibrated and maintained.
- Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues promptly.
Job Responsibilities
- Quality Inspection and Documentation:
- Inspect work-in-process products according to defined procedures.
- Document product non-conformities and communicate findings.
- Quality Improvement Support:
- Analyze non-conformance issues and perform root cause analysis.
- Aid in developing and improving quality processes.
- Suggest and implement process improvements to enhance quality and efficiency.
- Data Management and Reporting:
- Support quality data entry and generate reports as needed.
- Aid in product release documentation.
Internal and External Relationships
- Internal: Collaborates with the production team, engineering department, and quality management.
- External: May interact with external auditors or regulatory bodies to support compliance efforts.
