Quality Assurance Team Member

About the role

Conduct research, verify paperwork, and collaborate with front-line staff to meet FAA requirements. Regular schedule is 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM, with the possibility of required overtime to meet aircraft delivery dates.

Responsibilities

• Review work cards to ensure each project reflects accurate and complete information.
• Complete internal and external audits as required to maintain the Avmax Quality Assurance program.
• Update and maintain an approved vendors list and vendor files.
• Maintain internal records for aircraft under Avmax control.

Requirements

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to work alone and in a team environment.
• Work well with little supervision and pay close attention to details.
• Demonstrated ability to work well with others.
• 0–2 years administrative experience.

Preferred Experience

• 2 years' experience in a related field (preferred but not required).
• Demonstrated ability to work well with other individuals throughout the organization.
• Demonstrated capability and competency in field of expertise.
