This Quality Assurance Specialist role operates within a Philippine travel agency and tour operator that handles domestic and international packages, groups, corporate/incentive travel, ticketing, hotels, transfers, and visa assistance. The position focuses on quality assurance applied to evidence, ensuring clear separation between confirmed facts, pending dependencies, and exceptions.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate quality assurance with root cause analysis, ensuring checkpoints leave a visible source, owner, status, and next action within the travel agency’s operational context.
• Review and track role documentation (Travbest) with status updates, maintaining visibility of sources, owners, statuses, and next steps.
• Document quality monitoring with deadline management, ensuring traceability and accountability.
• Maintain documentation and reporting for quality assurance, ensuring work is secure, traceable, and ready for the next authorized teammate.
• Reconcile quality control with workflow management, ensuring unresolved items have owners and repeated errors are surfaced before causing downstream rework.

Position Details

This is a full-time, associate-level role. It is 100% remote within the United States.

Pay

Base salary: $45,000–$67,000 per year.
