RemoteRemoteQuality Assurance$45k–$67k/yrFull-time

This role operates within a Manila-based full-service travel agency handling domestic and international destinations, trip types, activities, optional tours, and visa assistance. The Quality Assurance Specialist ensures quality evidence is maintained, separating confirmed facts, pending dependencies, and exceptions.

Responsibilities

  • Review quality assurance processes with root cause analysis, ensuring each checkpoint includes a visible source, owner, status, and next action within the travel agency’s operating context.
  • Document role-specific processes with status tracking, maintaining clarity on sources, owners, statuses, and next steps for all quality assurance activities.
  • Maintain quality monitoring and deadline management, ensuring all checkpoints are traceable and unresolved items are assigned owners.
  • Reconcile documentation with reporting to ensure accuracy and traceability in quality assurance workflows.
  • Coordinate quality control with workflow management, ensuring seamless handoffs and cross-functional alignment.

Decision Pattern

Quality standards require that evidence remains usable under the demands of a full-service travel agency. Work must be traceable, unresolved items must have clear ownership, and repeated errors must be identified before causing downstream rework.

Success Profile

  • Confidently apply Gladex Travel and Tours Corp’s workflow and quality assurance processes in the context of domestic/international travel services.
  • Maintain data accuracy without losing track of evidence or deadlines.
  • Document process compliance and escalate issues with clear reasoning.
  • Exercise judgment in follow-ups, especially when relying on external confirmations rather than assumptions.
  • Ensure role-specific handoffs combine exception tracking, documentation, and cross-functional coordination; work remains open until these signals are current.

Position Details

This is a full-time, associate-level role. It is 100% remote within the United States.

Pay

Base salary: $45,000–$67,000 per year.
