Responsibilities

• Review the Quality Assurance Specialist workflow by helping the team score and document observed defects.
• Maintain the Quality Assurance Specialist workflow by identifying recurring failure patterns.
• Track the Quality Assurance Specialist workflow by monitoring corrective actions and follow-up.
• Own the Quality Assurance Specialist workflow by turning quality findings into practical process feedback.
• Coordinate the Quality Assurance Specialist workflow by reviewing work against documented quality standards.

Skills

Pay

Base salary: $42,000–$62,000 per year.
