Quality Assurance Senior Specialist

Role: Lead and improve the Indiana Auto Plant Quality Management System (QMS), Record Management, and Calibration programs to ensure compliance, mitigate risks, and align with regional and global quality standards. Responsibilities Include Leading calibration programs as the SME, coordinating with vendors and internal teams to promote sustainability and compliance.Managing record systems to meet retention and standards compliance.Integrating and enhancing QMS electronic systems for document control and training.Serving as the primary SME on QMS procedures, audits, calibration, and risk-based decision-making.Leading internal and external ISO 9001 audits, managing corrective actions, and supporting auditor development.Developing and governing QMS procedures, training, and risk identification, applying PDCA and process-based methodologies for continuous improvement. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.0-6 years of relevant experience; ISO 9001 Internal Auditor certification preferred.Knowledge of ISO standards, calibration systems, and risk management.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, strong communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills.Ability to work independently and influence across organizational levels.
