QUALIFICATIONS
- Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing
- Maintain current licensure as a Registered Nurse in Delaware
- Experience in Quality Assurance preferred but not required
- Pass background investigation
- Able to travel to multiple facilities
SKILLS
- Proactive and collaborative approach
- Advocates for patient needs
- Liaison between multiple systems impacting the lives of offenders
REQUIREMENTS
- Monitor patients from intake to the facility and ensure continuity of care
- Act as a liaison between the multiple systems impacting the lives of offenders
- Oversee daily care management case calls and site log
- To include infirmary placement, COVID monitoring, Behavioral Health patients, hunger strikes, and crisis management for all Level IV facilities
