Responsibilities
- Provide and ensure quality, validating the performance of services to meet changing business demands and expanding shared services portfolios.
- Develop, maintain, and update the Quality Management Plan (QMP) as program processes evolve.
- Identify and coordinate changes to integrate improvements, exceeding customer expectations and meeting SLA levels.
- Coordinate project-wide CCI2 efforts to optimize operations for technical and cost efficiencies.
- Assist with Program quality assurance (QA)/quality control (QC) metrics and Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reporting.
- Support the overall approach for quality management in collaboration with area work leadership, identifying quality outcomes and measures for service development.
- Maintain the QMP and perform regular reviews of service delivery, quality metrics, Government reporting, and achieving measurable continuous quality improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- 10+ years of experience leading and managing programs, business management, and/or project controls on programs of significance.
- Demonstrated experience achieving all stated responsibilities of the position.
- Hands-on experience managing and controlling program scope, schedule, and cost under programs of similar size, scope, and complexity.
- Business management acumen with ability to proactively manage financials and performance metrics of fixed price and cost-plus programs.
- Understanding and experience developing and managing complex and sophisticated business models.
- Ability and flexibility to actively engage with customers and employees, including travel to all program and customer locations (10-25% travel required).

Pay
The likely salary range for this position is $116,450 - $157,550. Salary will be set based on experience, geographic location, and possibly contractual requirements.
