Abile Group has an exciting and challenging opportunity for a Quality Assurance (QA) Process Advisor supporting a DoD Customer's Classified Network Services. The mission includes Operations, Compliance, Cyber Security, Customer Service, and Engineering.
Responsibilities
- Develop, improve, and audit quality processes in technical or mission-focused programs.
- Track team projects.
- Track Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan.
- Work effectively in high-security, fast-paced environments.
Requirements
- Experience in quality assurance, process management, mission assurance, or related disciplines.
- Demonstrated experience supporting government or intelligence community programs.
- Strong knowledge of quality frameworks (ISO 9001, CMMI, Lean/Six Sigma principles).
- Lean Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or higher).
- TS/SCI clearance required.
- 5 to 8 years of experience with a BS/BA, 3 to 5 years with an MS/MA, or 0 to 2 years with a PhD.
Skills
- Excellent communication, documentation, and advisory skills.
- Ability to work independently and professionally.
Pay
The typical salary range for this position is $113,800.26 - $119,789.75. Salary is determined by factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, position requirements, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications.
