What We're Looking For:
We are seeking a Program Assistant who is primarily responsible for providing administrative and/or clerical support to the Quality Assurance Unit. The position will assist in the areas of file maintenance, requesting case records, copying of files, data entry, scanning documents for internal use.
EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES YOU SHOULD POSSESS:
- High School diploma required. Associate of Arts degree in the Social Sciences field preferred.
- Minimum two years administrative or clerical experience.
- Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication and customer services skills.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills.
- Knowledge and competency in office software such as Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience collaborating working for a social services program preferred.
