Quality Assurance Lead

About the role

The Quality Assurance Lead is responsible for ensuring high standards of product quality through rigorous testing and evaluation processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to identify and resolve defects in software products.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, designers, and project managers to ensure product quality.
• Document test cases and results, and provide feedback to improve product quality.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in quality assurance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in QA or similar roles.
• Experience with automated testing tools such as Selenium, JUnit, etc.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, etc.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD).
• Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC).

Skills

• Knowledge of software testing methodologies and techniques.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with bug tracking systems like JIRA.

Pay

• $80,000 - $100,000 annually.

Schedule

• Full-time position.
• Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM.
