This onsite role offers you the unique opportunity to lead ISO initiatives and conduct audits that enhance our commitment to Quality Assurance. You will collaborate with an innovative team, driving improvements that directly impact our customers' success.

What You Need To Be Successful

• Minimum of Associate Degree and/or equivalent of 5-8 years of direct quality assurance experience.
• Ability to meet all Lead Auditor qualifications referred to in NQA-1-1994.
• Must have a detailed understanding of ISO.
• Act as lead instructor and facilitator during quality related training events.
• Adaptable and takes ownership of assigned responsibilities.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, written and verbal.
• Able to work with cross functional groups within the organization.
• Demonstrate problem solving and corrective action skills.
• Strong computer skills/experience with Microsoft Office programs.
• Able to troubleshoot and make value-added suggestions.
• Must be self-motivated and work with little or no supervision.
• Demonstrates integrity and transparency; fully explains own position and confronts hidden agendas; does the right thing without worrying about personal sacrifice.
• Demonstrates a focus on delivering value to both internal and external customers.
• Analytical thinking – Simplifies complex issues to identify the essence of a problem, grasps issues quickly and makes decisions without needing all the data, identifies causal links among multiple parts of a problem.
• Some travel is required as necessary to fulfill job responsibilities.
