About the role
The IT Quality Assurance Lead position is for 12+ months, with the option of extension, and is located in Raleigh, NC.
Responsibilities
- Ensure the IT Program produces high quality outcomes and deliverables.
- Document processes and other artifacts.
- Work with the business and technology teams to identify process owners.
- Drive organizational quality through process agreement and adherence.
- Be an expert in Visio or other process documentation software.
- Have excellent facilitation skills.
- Have knowledge of PMI processes, methodology and best practices, as well as Agile (Scrum and SAFe are ideal) methodology.
- Have experience in traditional 'waterfall' project management as well as agile project management, and be well versed in PMI methodology.
- Have experience in IT and healthcare project management.
- Be an expert in crafting high quality project and program documentation based on their expert knowledge of PMI and project management processes.
- Mock up process designs based on best practices combined with program institutional knowledge.
- Manage multiple priorities and projects, function in a fast-paced moving constantly changing, deadline-driven environment.
- Use Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Adobe software.
- Use process documentation software and process documentation generation. Microsoft Visio is highly desired.
- Have skills in persuasion, negotiation, relationship management, conflict resolution, and effective oral and written communication at all levels.
- Have expert knowledge of Agile principles, processes, and methodology. Scrum and/or SAFe preferred.
- Have Six Sigma Certification.
- Have MITA knowledge or experience.
Requirements
- 7 Years Expert knowledge of PMI processes, methodology and standards.
- 7 Years Knowledge of planning, design and implementation of a Program Quality Management program including the policy, framework and procedures.
- 7 Years Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and projects, function in a fast-paced moving constantly changing, deadline-driven environment.
- 7 Years Proficient use of Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Adobe software.
- 7 Years Expert use of process documentation software and process documentation generation. Microsoft Visio is highly desired.
- 7 Years Skills in persuasion, negotiation, relationship management, conflict resolution, and effective oral and written communication at all levels.
- 7 Years Expert knowledge of Agile principles, processes, and methodology. Scrum and/or SAFe preferred.
- 3 Years Six Sigma Certification.
Qualifications
- Medicaid experience preferred.
- MITA knowledge or experience.
- Understanding of CMS’ Seven Standards and Conditions and the Medicaid program.
