Quality Assurance Inspectors

About the Role

We are hiring an experienced, detail-oriented Quality Technician to support quality inspection and manufacturing operations in Socorro, TX. If you have experience with quality inspections, measurement tools, and manufacturing processes, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• Perform incoming, in-process, and final product inspections
• Inspect parts using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other measurement tools
• Document inspection results and maintain accurate quality records
• Identify and report defective or non-conforming materials
• Monitor production processes for quality compliance
• Assist with root cause analysis and corrective actions
• Support ISO, SPC, 5S, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications
• Work with production and engineering teams to resolve quality issues
• Prepare quality reports and track inspection results

Requirements

• Quality inspection or manufacturing experience preferred
• 3+ years of related experience is a plus
• Experience with precision measurement and inspection tools
• Ability to read engineering drawings and specifications
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, SPC, 5 Whys, Fishbone, and CAPA is preferred
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems is a plus
• Basic Microsoft Excel and Word skills
• Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed
• Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods
• English required; bilingual preferred

Pay

$15.50–$18.00 per hour

Schedule

Monday–Friday, with overtime as needed based on business requirements.
