Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Inspector to support facilities and construction projects in Enterprise, AL. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with a strong background in construction quality assurance, facilities management, and compliance-driven environments. You will play a key role in ensuring work meets contract requirements, industry standards, and client expectations—supporting critical projects where quality and accuracy matter.Essential Functions
- Construction & Field Quality Assurance
- Conduct on-site inspections and observations to ensure work complies with approved plans, specifications, codes, and safety requirements.
- Monitor contractor performance, workmanship, and quality control procedures.
- Assist with project punch lists and verify completion of corrective actions.
- Review and assess proposed change orders for accuracy and compliance.
- Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain detailed project records, including daily QA reports, photographs, field notes, and correspondence.
- Track financial documentation, purchase orders, and project communications.
- Review and verify as-built drawings and final project documentation.
- Provide daily and periodic quality assurance updates to management.
- Cordination & Communication
- Attend and participate in project meetings.
- Communicate progress, risks, and recommendations to leadership and stakeholders.
- Cordinate activities among contractors, facility representatives, and internal teams.
- Support special projects and assignments as directed.
Requirements/Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of experience in construction, facilities management, quality assurance, engineering, or related fields.
- Strong knowledge of applicable codes, standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Ability to read and interpret drawings and technical specifications across multiple building systems (mechanical, roofing, utilities, etc.).
- Experience working in highly regulated or compliance-driven environments (government or federal experience preferred).
- Proficiency in project documentation and reporting.
- U.S. Citizenship required.
