About the role

Responsible for leading a team of developers to design, develop, and maintain software solutions. Must have strong programming skills in multiple languages and experience with agile methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement software solutions based on project requirements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and QA engineers
• Write clean, efficient, and scalable code
• Participate in code reviews and pair programming sessions
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and tools

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• Minimum 5 years of professional software development experience
• Proficiency in at least two modern programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript)
• Experience with agile development methodologies
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Qualifications

• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git)
• Knowledge of database management systems (e.g., SQL)
• Understanding of software architecture principles
• Experience with testing frameworks (e.g., JUnit, Selenium)
