Position Overview

About the role

Linde Gases US is currently seeking a Quality Assurance Engineer to join the team located in Taylor, TX.

Job Scope

• Captures and supports all quality training of the Linde Taylor production facility.
• Responsible for all aspects of compliance with ISO9001, FSSC22000, and applicable cGMP quality systems.
• Maintains quality and improvement initiatives.
• Ensures quality management practices and operational procedures align with SH&E strategies.
• Supports cross-functional investigation teams and problem-solving processes.
• Trains team members on corrective and preventive actions.
• Completes metrology studies and reviews customer quality bulletins.
• Represents the local quality management system during audits and inquiries.
• Conducts internal audits and tracks corrective action reports.
• Supports the development of the site’s SPC program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in technical discipline (Chemistry or Engineering preferred), or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of quality experience.
• 3+ years of statistical process control (SPC) experience.
• 3+ years electronics industry experience preferred.
• Industrial Gas experience is preferred.
• Excellent organizational skills are required.
• ISO9001 lead auditor certification preferred.

• Able to work across organizational lines to accomplish goals.
