Responsibilities
- Create and manage Wilhelm's Quality Assurance Program for assigned projects.
- Prevent "Q" issues, make observations, identify potential issues, and create/implement plans to eliminate errors.
- Develop and assist in developing a QA/QC program meeting project and owner's contractual requirements.
- Ensure subcontractors and personnel understand project and manufacturer's requirements.
- Manage self-perform and subcontracted work through Project Specific Quality Plans including Inspection and Test Plans, Check lists, proper training, and mock-ups.
- Perform onsite field observation of in-progress and installed work, including civil, structural, enclosure, interiors, MEP systems, etc.
- Record observations from job site inspections, complete inspection reports, and recommend/implement corrective actions.
- Supervise a staff of Quality Engineers.

What It Takes
- Minimum of 10+ years of experience in a Construction QA/QC role OR 15+ years of experience in construction management or a combination of both.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Construction Science, or related field desired but not required.
- Specific training in Construction QA/QC strongly preferred.
- OSHA 30-hour certification preferred.
- Microsoft Applications – intermediate to advanced knowledge (Windows, Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Procore or other Construction Quality Software.
- Primavera P6 Scheduling Software.
- Viewpoint and Bluebeam – intermediate knowledge.
