The Opportunity We're looking for a Quality Assurance & Compliance Associate to join our Supply Chain Quality & Production team. This role supports our U.S. - based quality operations and plays a key part in ensuring every product meets FOCO's safety, compliance, and performance standards before shipment. What You’ll Do ✅ Product Quality Assurance & Control Support pre-shipment inspections and in-line quality checksReview test reports, factory submissions, and inspection documents for accuracyMaintain QA/QC logs, trackers, and documentation in digital systemsAssist with rework coordination and issue resolution when defects arise Supplier Compliance & CSR Help manage documentation for supplier compliance (SEDEX, FLA, FLMA, NCAA, Disney, Walmart, Amazon, etc.)Support audits and compliance requirements with internal teams and vendorsCommunicate directly with suppliers on submission needs and expectations Product Specs & Safety Assist in creating and maintaining product specifications and packaging confirmationsEnsure all products comply with general product safety regulations and retailer standardsCollaborate with product teams on early risk assessment reviews Cross-Functional Collaboration Coordinate with FOCO’s global offices, including China-based QA teams, to monitor sample statuses, testing, and inspection progressLiaise with sourcing, design, and production teams to close quality loopsProvide technical documentation support to suppliers Quality Reporting Track customer complaints and assist with identifying trendsContribute to monthly QA scorecards and internal reports Training & Development Complete training in QA systems, product safety, and complianceParticipate in online learning modules to build industry-specific knowledge ✈️ Travel Up to 30-35% travel to Asia (China) for factory visits, audits, and inspections as required What You’ll Need Strong attention to detail and organizational skillsExcellent communication and follow-up abilitiesAbility to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environmentProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with QA systems a plusA collaborative, curious mindset and willingness to learnPrevious QA/QC or product compliance experience is a bonus, but not required Why FOCO?
