About the role
The QA/Cx Site Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring Rosendin delivers high-quality projects to all customers. They oversee the quality and commissioning plans, manage teams, and ensure compliance with project scopes and designs.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement project-specific quality and commissioning plans.
- Lead the execution and management of these plans to ensure adherence throughout the project duration.
- Support Project Management with quality and commissioning-related documentation and final packages.
- Schedule and coordinate quality, vendor, and commissioning activities to meet project milestones.
- Review equipment and material specifications, BOMs, submittals for accuracy and consistency with project scope and design requirements.
- Ensure only approved equipment and materials are installed and complete required inspection checklists and test documentation.
- Coordinate inspection requests and work with AHJs, GCs, and Owners to ensure all required inspections are complete, approved, and documented.
- Create and supervise site-specific equipment startup documentation and assist with testing and start-up activities.
- Analyze project quality data and metrics to identify trends and propose improvements.
- Communicate QA/Cx program feedback and project lessons to the QA/Cx Regional Manager.
Requirements
- Licensed Journeyman Electrician with at least 5 years of experience as a General Foreman and Foreman.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience performing quality and commissioning activities in the electrical industry.
- OSHA & NFPA 70E training preferred.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management or related field (optional).

- Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Project, etc.).
- Proficient in using BIM 360 and PlanGrid.
- Strong organizational, record-keeping, and follow-up skills.
- Analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage and mentor others.
- Ability to set expectations and measure completion.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks, adapting to changing priorities.
