What You’ll Do
- Work with Sales, Quality and Production Teams to certify Customer product to specified industrial standards
- Affix available resources to ensure the efficiency of the certifications process
- Has authority to disposition product
- Develop and document relevant manufacturing instructions
- Affords support and training as required to ensure compliance with established procedures
- Affords assistance and training as required to ensure compliance with established procedures
What You Bring
- Bachelor of Science in Engineering preferred; OR minimum 3 years of experience in steel or heavy industry with relevant education
- Demonstrated in-depth understanding of industry standards (AMS, ASTM)
- Demonstrated ability to problem solve
- Strong computer skills
- Demonstrated ability to effectively collect, and analyze data to derive applicable information
- Ability to work outside of normal work hours to meet business needs including travel if deemed necessary
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
