Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks and suites for regression, functional, integration, and end-to-end testing
- Leverage Agentic AI technologies to generate, execute, and optimize test cases, analyze results, and improve defect detection
- Execute manual regression and functional testing of enterprise product features, including web applications, reporting, and integrations
- Develop and implement AI-assisted testing strategies to increase test coverage, accelerate testing cycles, and reduce manual effort
- Perform installation, upgrade, and validation testing across supported environments
- Collaborate with engineering teams during planning, story grooming, and design discussions to ensure testability and quality are integrated from the outset
- Review and interpret product and business requirements to define comprehensive test scenarios and acceptance criteria
- Create, maintain, and continuously improve test plans, test cases, and automation assets
- Execute tests, record results, and communicate test status and risks effectively to stakeholders
- Generate detailed defect reports, track issues, and support timely resolution with development teams
- Continuously evaluate and improve test coverage, automation effectiveness, and quality metrics
- Advocate for best practices in QA, test automation, and AI-driven testing across the team
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 5 years of software testing experience
- Proficiency in utilizing APIs (SOAP, REST, GraphQL) and writing API tests
- Experience with source control tools such as Git or Github
- Strong knowledge of relational databases, including SQL and Oracle
- Expertise with automation tools like Selenium, Postman, Playwright, etc.
- Hands-on experience using AI tools such as Claude Code, Github Copilot, or Kiro in testing workflows
- Proven ability to build and maintain robust testing frameworks
- Deep understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and best practices
- Excellent communication, listening, and presentation skills
