Quality Assurance Auditor
About the role
We are seeking a Quality Assurance Audit Associate to join IQVIA Laboratories at Durham, NC.
Responsibilities
- Schedule, coordinate, and document audit activities as directed
- Perform data reviews and file audits and input audit data into QA systems accurately
- Enter and categorize audit and inspection findings within the electronic quality management system (eQMS)
- Solicit follow-up information from stakeholders and assist in the closure of audit findings
- Review and support approval of Corrective and Preventative Action (CAPA) and Effectiveness Check plans
- Assist in hosting customer audits and regulatory inspections, including acting as a scribe and coordinating document review
- Maintain QA documentation repositories and support investigator compliance tracking within QA databases
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- 1 year Quality Assurance experience in pharmaceutical, technical, or related area, would be a plus
- Knowledge of GXP regulations and quality assurance auditing techniques
- Experience with electronic quality management systems (eQMS) and Microsoft Office applications
- Previous experience working within a regulated laboratory environment
- Familiarized with good documentation practices (GDP)

Benefits
The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time).
Pay
The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $43,400.00 - $108,500.00.
