Quality Assurance Associate

About the role

The QA Associate processes merchandise daily as directed, adjusts labels and paperwork as needed, ensures all pallets and products have identifying markings, maintains a clean, neat, safe, and organized work area, removes damaged cartons, identifies products that need to be overboxed, and checks out various physical requirements and preferred qualities.

• Remove damaged cartons
• Identify products that need to be overboxed
• Check out various physical requirements and preferred qualities

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Ability to work as a team and treat others respectfully
• Must be able to perform basic math (addition and subtraction)
• Able to work in various departments and buildings as needed
• Able to lift up to 75 lbs
• Able to walk/stand for 90% of the day
• Able to work at heights up to 35 ft

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of warehouse experience
• Working knowledge of Pick Ticket Management System (PKMS) functions needed for picking and packing
