As a Quality Assurance Associate, you will support the execution of the Quality Assurance, Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), and Good Distribution Practice (GDP) strategies to ensure products comply with all applicable quality, product safety, and customer requirements. Working under regular supervision, you will play a key role in maintaining the site Quality Management System (QMS), supporting continuous improvement initiatives, and collaborating cross-functionally with Production and other stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Act as Document Manager for site Quality Management System (QMS) regulated documents and records.Ensure QMS documentation is created, maintained, stored, and archived in compliance with internal procedures.Collect, monitor, and report quality metrics, including complaint data, internal non-conformance data, and supplier quality metrics.Generate reports and key statistics related to QMS performance.Coordinate with document and process owners to maintain local procedures, work instructions, manuals, and related documentation.Ensure consistency, quality, formatting, and presentation of QMS documentation according to internal standards and templates.Coordinate administrative activities related to the Internal Audit program.Participate in Internal Audits as an Auditor and maintain audit records within the SAP Audit module.Prepare and maintain QA data to support continuous improvement initiatives, daily operational meetings, and visual performance management.Support shop floor investigations and corrective actions.Monitor hygiene and sanitation practices.Assist with onboarding and training of new employees.Facilitate quality toolbox talks with production teams. Required Qualifications & Skills Degree or equivalent qualification in Science, Engineering, Quality Management, or related fields.1+ years of relevant experience in Quality Assurance, Manufacturing, or related environments.Basic knowledge of Continuous Improvement (CI) methodologies.Experience collaborating cross-functionally within production or operational environments. Compensation And Benefits The established salary range for this position is $ 60.000 - 80.000 annually. Actual compensation will depend on individual qualifications.
