About the Role

Join our first shift team as a Quality Assurance Associate at HYMH, where you’ll play a critical role in ensuring our customers receive the quality and service they expect. This position supports our commitment to delivering the right part, to the right place, at the right time.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver results and provide an optimal customer experience.
  • Maintain quality and safety by identifying non-conformities, keeping the warehouse clean and organized, adhering to 5S principles, and following all safety procedures.
  • Support team objectives by maintaining flexibility to assist in different areas of the warehouse as needed to ensure timely task completion.
  • Safely operate forklifts and other machinery; maintain a valid Forklift Operator’s license; change batteries and propane tanks as needed.
  • Make critical decisions on allowable deviations, disposition of non-conforming material, and investigate causes for defects.
  • Process all types of part returns, ensuring completion for our dealers.
  • Perform audits on a variety of warehouse processes and collaborate with management to explain errors and set expectations.
  • Achieve productivity requirements while focusing on accuracy and quality through problem-solving, critical thinking, and collaboration.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Strong teamwork, communication (written and verbal), and critical thinking skills.
  • Safety-focused, detail-oriented, and results-driven with the ability to work independently.
  • Familiarity with warehouse policies and standard operating procedures.
  • Comfortable using technology (RF device, tablet, computer, etc.).
  • Experience with Sit Down, Stand Up, Reach, and Order Selector equipment—or willingness to learn.
  • Ability to read blueprints, engineering drawings, and other instructions while using related tools and measuring devices to qualify parts.
  • Develop proficiency in necessary programs required to perform department tasks.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Must complete the Introduction to Inspection training curriculum within 60 days.

Physical Demands

  • Lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive movements for extended periods.
  • Reliable vision (with corrective lenses if needed).
  • Comfortable working at heights up to 30 feet and rotating through multiple work areas.

Schedule

First Shift – 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM EST, 40 hours per week.
