Quality Assurance Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Convert R&D laboratory formulas to large-scale manufacturing versions individualized by plant.
• Support Strategic purchasing initiatives through formula maintenance.
• Analyze and Interpret laboratory and manufacturing data.
• Critically observe paint manufacturing to drive process improvements.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation of manufacturing vessels and equipment for US/CA plants.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree in Science or Engineering or a related area is preferred. A degree in a natural science (biology, physics, other) is acceptable with appropriate experience.
• 5 years of paint industry experience is desired, experience with architectural paint and stain products is preferred.
• Must be proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Travel to all plants required, desire to have a Passport or acquire one.
