Quality Assurance Analyst

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies for quality assurance and configuration management to assess product integrity and identify/mitigate risks.
• Monitor and analyze leading and predictive metrics to ensure product quality and execution discipline.
• Perform inspections and audits on program plans and products to assess the program's ability to sustain performance.
• Define and implement standards, methods, and procedures for evaluating product and service performance.
• Provide configuration management for supporting software documentation, including A&A RMF process documents and operational guides.
• Lead improvements in building an automation roadmap and enhancing the CI/CD pipeline.

Requirements

• BS degree with 8 years of relevant experience or Master's with 6 years of relevant experience.
• Demonstrated experience implementing quality management, product inspections, and performance monitoring within Agile development teams.
• Experience configuring build automation tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI) and managing Git branching strategies.
• Proven experience with configuration management for software development teams, including managing software configurations and licenses.
• Ability to multitask and function effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Active TS/SCI clearance.

Pay

Competitive annual salary ($92,300 - $166,850) plus potential for bonuses.
