Job Type Full-time Description JOB SUMMARY The Quality Assurance Analyst supports quality management activities including audit preparation, fieldwork, findings documentation, and corrective action tracking. This role builds proficiency in quality audit methodology while contributing to the company's commitment to operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Assist with quality audit planning and preparation including scheduling and checklist developmentParticipate in quality audits by conducting interviews, reviewing records, and observing processesDocument audit findings accurately and clearly in audit reportsTrack corrective action plans and follow up with owners to ensure timely closureMaintain quality management documentation including procedures, checklists, and audit recordsResearch quality standards and best practices to inform audit scope and criteriaPrepare data summaries and trend analyses for quality performance reportingAssist with development and delivery of quality awareness training materialsSupport the Sr. Quality Assurance Analyst with special quality projects and initiativesContribute to continuous improvement of the quality management program Additional Duties Other duties as assigned by management.
