Quality Assurance Analyst

About the role

This role is a remote position within the Continental US. It involves monitoring quality indicators, identifying and correcting process gaps, preparing reports, supporting project delivery, conducting investigations, analyzing data, and performing reviews.

Responsibilities

• Maintains document audit trail of activities to protect and support the organization.
• Performs other duties as required.

Requirements

• Knowledge of state and federal FMLA regulations.
• Solid knowledge of regulatory compliance.
• Excellent verbal and written communications and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to interact and collaborate with various internal partners including leadership.
• Microsoft Office Suite proficiency.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and investigative skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3 or more years of job-related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Skills

• Knowledge of medical disability management (preferred).
• Independent data collection and analysis skills.
• Project delivery technical process expertise.
• Review and interpretation of information.
• Advice provision to internal clients.

Pay

The salary range for this job is $60,000 to $85,000. This range is specific to the job and salary offers consider a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including, but not limited to: education, experience, licensure, certifications, geographic location, and peer compensation.
