Quality Analyst - Hybrid
About the Role
The Quality Analyst oversees accreditation requirements for the Providence Regional Medical Center Everett (PRMCE). They lead meetings, collect data, create aggregate data reports, and prepare for regulatory and accreditation activities. Additional responsibilities include developing and implementing caregiver education related to current performance improvement projects.

Responsibilities
- Oversee accreditation requirements for PRMCE
- Lead meetings and collect data
- Create aggregate data reports
- Prepare for regulatory and accreditation activities
- Develop and implement caregiver education related to performance improvement projects
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Health Sciences, Business, Healthcare Administration, Health Information Management, or Management Engineering OR
- 5 years’ experience in Medical Staff Services with a quality focus/data analyst preference OR
- 3 years’ experience in a quality improvement/data analyst program with a preference in healthcare
- 2 years’ experience in quality improvement and/or data analysis
Preferred Qualifications
- Certification from a national association in Quality Improvement (upon hire)
- Experience working with SQL and writing SQL queries
- Experience with project management, data capture, data mining and analysis, team facilitation, lean principles, and change management
- Progressive leadership experience
- Experience in quality improvement, systems design, or project management in a healthcare setting

Pay
The pay range for this position is $39.45 - $61.24 per hour. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
Schedule
Full time, Day shift. This role follows a hybrid workplace model.
