Job Duties
- Assist in ensuring product quality at a manufacturing plant
- Record quality data
- Operate a motorized pallet jack (training provided)
Requirements
- Very detail-oriented
- Previous plant experience a plus
- Pass pre-employment Drug test and Background screening
- Ability to operate and work around industrial equipment
- Ability to walk up and down stairways to platforms
- Ability to work up to 12-hour shifts
- Ability to walk in pedestrian walkways (due to forklift traffic)
- Recognition of potential safety dangers around plant equipment and walkways
- Able to lift and move up to a 50-pound load
- Able to stand for long periods of time (majority of work will be conducted from a standing position)
- Able to walk the distance from the parking lot to the designated job area (maybe 1 mile+), in addition to walking throughout a large manufacturing plant during course of the day for required meetings and other required duties
