We need to output HTML fragment with sections: headings

for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections if posting has real specific content. We must not repeat job title. Must preserve all substantive info, remove boilerplate (cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning, duplicated lines, application instructions). Also remove metadata like Req ID, Team, Entity, etc? The instruction: "Do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it." So we can include a short paragraph for metadata like Req ID, Team, etc, but not as heading. Probably we can include a

with that info. Also US Citizenship Required, Full-Time, Shift, Relocation, Virtual/Telework, Travel, Clearance, Salary Range. Those are specifics; we should include them maybe in a

or maybe in a Benefits/Pay/Schedule sections. Pay: we have salary range, so we can create a Pay section with that info. Schedule: we have Full-Time Shift: 1st. So we can create Schedule section with that. Benefits: we have description of benefits in "Why HII" paragraph. So we can create Benefits section with that content. Also we have "About the role" maybe from the introductory paragraphs: "Meet HII’s Newport News Shipbuilding ..." and "The Role ..." So we can have About the role section with that prose. Responsibilities: list of responsibilities under "Primary Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To". We'll make a Responsibilities section with

  • . Requirements: we have "Must Have" qualifications and also "Nice to Have". Could combine into Requirements and Qualifications? The instruction says use headings like Requirements, Qualifications, Skills. We need to decide which sections to include based on content. We have qualifications (education/experience). We have skills (nice to have: root cause training, NUCLEAR ENGINEERING 4000 TRAINING). Could make Qualifications section for Must Have, and Skills section for Nice to Have. Or combine. We'll follow: Qualifications for Must Have, Skills for Nice to Have. Also we have "Clearance Required: Yes - Interim Clearance Required To Start". That's a requirement; could be included in Qualifications or a separate section? Probably include in Qualifications as a bullet. Also US Citizenship required. Also Travel up to 10%. Could be in Schedule or a separate section? Probably include in Schedule or a note. We'll include in Schedule maybe. We must not include boilerplate like EEO statement, accommodation instructions, etc. Remove those. We need to preserve all substantive information. So we need to include the descriptive paragraphs about HII, the role description, responsibilities list, qualifications, nice to have, benefits, pay, schedule, clearance, citizenship, travel, etc. We must not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep exact phrasing? Not necessarily exact but preserve all info. We'll try to keep the substance. Now produce HTML fragment: no or , no markdown fences. We'll start with a

for metadata: maybe include Req ID, Team, Entity, etc. But we could drop them as minor metadata. The instruction: "fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it." So we can include a short paragraph with those. Let's include: Req ID: 49918; Team: E81 NUC PRP-OVHL ENG; Entity: Newport News Shipbuilding; US Citizenship Required; Full-Time; Shift: 1st; Relocation: No relocation assistance; Virtual/Telework: Not eligible; Travel: up to 10%; Clearance Required: Interim Clearance Required To Start; Salary Range: $68,000.00 to $86,000.00. But we also have Pay section for salary range; we could put salary there. So maybe metadata paragraph just includes Req ID, Team, Entity, Citizenship, Shift, Relocation, Telework, Travel, Clearance. Then Pay section for salary. Schedule section for Full-Time Shift: 1st. Benefits section for benefits description. Let's craft. Metadata paragraph:

Req ID: 49918 | Team: E81 NUC PRP-OVHL ENG | Entity: Newport News Shipbuilding | US Citizenship Required | Full-Time | Shift: 1st | No relocation assistance | Not eligible for telework | Travel up to 10% of the time | Interim clearance required to start.

Now About the role section: combine the introductory paragraphs about HII and The Role. We'll put:

    About the role

Meet HII’s Newport News Shipbuilding With more than 25,000 employees – including third-, fourth- and even fifth-generation shipbuilders – HII’s Newport News Shipbuilding (NNS) division is the largest industrial employer in Virginia. We’re the sole designer, builder and refueler of U.S. Navy nuclear aircraft carriers and one of two providers of U.S. Navy nuclear submarines. Our diverse and innovative team of professionals ranges from skilled trades to project managers, engineers and software developers to solution architects, technical subject matter experts, and system users. We collaborate together at the forefront of technology, manufacturing, and integration of the most powerful and survivable naval ships in the world. Want to be part of the team? Apply today! We look forward to meeting you.

The Role Develop and implement program quality plans, programs, and procedures using statistical quality control statistics, lean manufacturing concepts, and six-sigma tools and analyses. Ensures that performance and quality products conform to established company and regulatory standards. Reviews, analyzes and reports on quality discrepancies related to assembly, process, mechanical, electrical and electro-mechanical systems. Investigates problems and develops disposition and corrective actions for recurring discrepancies. Interfaces with manufacturing, engineering, customer, vendor and subcontractor representatives to ensure requirements are met. Recommends corrective actions, dispositions and modifications. This position is for the quality and self-assessment support within the Nuclear Engineering Overhaul Engineering Division. The ideal candidate will have experience evaluating quality data for a large organization with varying products and formats. The ability to conduct data analytics to identify trends and develop reports is a plus.

    Now Responsibilities:

    Responsibilities

    • Evaluate quality escapes within engineering for trends and recommended corrective actions
    • Develop Quality Flashes to highlight quality escapes as a lesson learned
    • Maintain engineering division demographics
    • Maintain critical skill demographics
    • Support balancing of the Nuclear Work Model with management of stakeholder observations and ensures corrective actions are effective
    • Support various training initiatives
    • Compile information in preparation for various audits
    Now Qualifications (Must Have):

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree and 3 years of relevant exempt experience; OR Master’s Degree and 1 year of relevant professional experience
    • One of the following may be used as equivalent to Bachelor's Degree to meet minimum qualifications:
      • NNS Apprentice School graduate
      • Navy Nuclear Power School (NNPS) graduate
      • Associate's Degree or other formal 2‑year program and 2 years of relevant exempt experience or 4 years of relevant non‑exempt experience
      • Military Paygrade E‑5 or above military experience
      • High School/GED and 4 years combined of Manufacturing, Shipbuilding, Trades, Military experience or other relevant exempt experience
      • High School/GED and 8 years combined of Manufacturing, Shipbuilding, Trades, Military experience or other relevant non‑exempt experience
    • US Citizenship required
    • Interim clearance required to start
But note we already included citizenship and clearance in metadata; but we can still include in Qualifications as they are qualifications. However we might duplicate. The instruction says preserve all substantive information; duplication is okay if it's already present elsewhere? Might be considered duplicate lines. Better to avoid duplication: we already put citizenship and clearance in metadata paragraph. We could keep them there and not repeat. But we need to preserve all info; having them in metadata is fine. So we can omit from Qualifications to avoid duplication. However the qualifications section should still contain the education/experience requirements. We'll keep qualifications focusing on education/experience equivalents. Thus:

    Now Skills (Nice to Have):

    Skills

    • Root cause training
    • NUCLEAR ENGINEERING 4000 TRAINING
    Now Benefits:

    Benefits

We offer comprehensive benefits including: medical, prescription drug, dental and vision plan choices, on-site health centers, tele-medicine, wellness resources, employee assistance programs, savings plan options (401K), financial education and planning tools, life insurance, tuition reimbursement, employee discounts, early childhood and post-secondary education scholarships, and more. Some benefits may vary depending on your specific division or work location.

    Now Pay:

    Pay

Salary range: $68,000.00 to $86,000.00 (estimated base pay; final compensation based on experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors).

    Now Schedule:

    Schedule

    Full‑Time, 1st shift.

We might also include travel up to 10% in Schedule or maybe a note. Could add to Schedule: "Travel up to 10% of the time." Let's include. Thus Schedule paragraph: "Full‑Time, 1st shift. Travel up to 10% of the time." Now we need to ensure we didn't include any boilerplate like EEO, accommodation instructions, etc. We removed those. Check for any leftover boilerplate: The "Why HII" paragraph we used for benefits; we omitted the rest of that paragraph about building ships etc. Actually we used only the benefits part. The "Why HII" also had a paragraph about building ships etc. That is substantive? It's more about company mission; could be considered part of About the role? We already have an About the role paragraph that includes the company description. The "Why HII" paragraph includes: "We build the world’s most powerful, survivable naval ships and defense technology solutions that safeguard our seas, sky, land, space and cyber. HII’s diverse workforce includes skilled tradespeople; artificial intelligence, machine learning (AI/ML) experts; engineers; technologists; scientists; logistics experts; and business administration professionals. Recognized as one of America’s top large company employers, we are a values and ethics driven organization that puts people’s safety and well-being first. Regardless of your role
