Quality Administrator - Industrial Construction Project Site
Phoenix Industrial, Inc., a MasTec Company · Boise, ID · 1 mo ago
On-site$33–$42/hrFull-time
We need to output HTML fragment with sections: h3 headings for sections present: About the role? Actually the posting includes Overview, Company Overview, Responsibilities, Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities Required, Physical Demands, What's In It For You (which includes Financial Wellbeing, Health & Wellness, Family & Lifestyle, etc). Also Travel, Position requires presence directly on the Project Site location in Boise, ID. Also maybe "Travel" is a detail; we could include under Overview? But we need sections only when real specific content. We have content for Overview (first paragraph). Could treat that as "About the role" maybe. The instruction: use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can map sections accordingly.
We need to include Pay section only if posting actually states them. It does: "$33 - $42 per hour, commensurate with experience." Also mentions "Competitive pay with ongoing performance review and merit increase". So we can include Pay section.
Schedule? Not mentioned. Travel required up to 100% and presence on site. That could be Schedule? Not exactly schedule but maybe we can include Travel under Overview or a separate "Travel" but not in list of allowed headings. The allowed headings list includes Schedule but not Travel. We could incorporate travel info into Overview or Responsibilities? Probably Overview.
Benefits: there is a "What's In It For You" with subcategories: Financial Wellbeing (compensation etc), Health & Wellness, Family & Lifestyle. So we can create Benefits section with ul list of benefits.
Qualifications: we have Qualifications section.
Skills: we have Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities Required.
Responsibilities: we have Responsibilities.
About the role: we have Overview paragraph.
We need to avoid repeating job title as heading. Not needed.
We need to drop boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning, duplicated lines, application instructions. So remove the long EEO statement, disclaimer, accessibility, etc. Also remove "Position may be subject to pre-employment screening..." etc. Also remove "Accessibility: If you need an accommodation..." etc. Also remove "Due to the high volume..." etc. Also remove "MasTec, Inc. is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer..." etc. Also remove "Disclaimer: MasTec and our Subsidiaries..." etc. Also remove "MasTec Clean Energy & Infrastructure and our subsidiaries do not work with any third-party recruiters..." etc.
We need to preserve all substantive information: overview, company overview, responsibilities, qualifications, knowledge/skills/abilities, physical demands, pay, benefits (financial wellbeing, health & wellness, family & lifestyle). Also travel requirement and location (Boise, ID) maybe include in Overview or a separate "Location" but not a standard heading; we could embed in Overview.
We need to ensure we don't create sections with filler like "commensurate with experience" as heading; but we can include that text inside Pay section.
We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences.
Let's craft:
for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It doesn't forbid other headings, but better to stick to those. Company overview could be part of About the role or maybe we can omit? But we need to preserve all substantive information. Could embed company overview in About the role paragraph after overview. That would preserve it.
Thus About the role paragraph will include both overview and company overview.
Next Responsibilities:

Let's craft:

Then company overview maybe could be part of About the role? But we have a separate Company Overview paragraph. Could we add another h3? The instruction only gave examples but we can add other headings if needed? It says use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It doesn't forbid other headings, but better to stick to those. Company overview could be part of About the role or maybe we can omit? But we need to preserve all substantive information. Thus About the role paragraph will include both overview and company overview.

Physical Demands: Not a standard heading but we could include under maybe "Requirements"? But we have no Requirements heading. Could we add a heading "Physical Demands"? The instruction didn't forbid but said use h3 for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It didn't say we cannot use other headings, but better to stick to those. Physical demands could be part of Qualifications or Skills? Probably better to include as a separate section but not in the list; risk of being considered filler? However it's substantive. The instruction: "Use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." It implies those are examples, not exclusive. But to be safe, we could incorporate physical demands into a "Requirements" section. However we don't have a Requirements section in the posting; but we could create one and put physical demands there. That would be okay because we are not inventing content; we are moving physical demands into Requirements. The instruction says "include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it". So we can create a Requirements section with physical demands content. That seems acceptable.
