Accountabilities
- Design and implement qualitative and mixed-methods evaluation activities aligned with program objectives.
- Conduct primary data collection across multiple sites, facilitating key informant interviews and focus groups.
- Develop and refine culturally relevant data collection instruments in both English and Spanish.
- Maintain detailed qualitative codebooks for consistency and methodological rigor.
- Perform qualitative and mixed-methods analyses to address evaluation questions.
- Synthesize findings to highlight implementation barriers and facilitators.
- Ensure data quality through coding processes and reliability checks.
- Manage large datasets and prepare them for federal reporting.
- Align evaluation activities with partner goals and federal requirements.
- Lead the preparation of evaluation deliverables and high-quality dissemination materials.
- Present evaluation methods and findings at national meetings.
- Incorporate stakeholder experiences into evaluation design.
- Ensure compliance with ethical research practices and federal requirements.
- Cookordination data collection and interpretation across diverse settings.
Requirements
- Minimum five years of experience in qualitative and mixed-methods research/evaluation.
- Experience with multi-site public health evaluation projects.
- Familiarity with opioid use disorder or harm reduction programs.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish or experience with diverse populations.
- Experience preparing findings for varied audiences.
- Familiarity with Section 508 accessibility standards.
- Proven ability to develop qualitative data collection instruments.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to data quality.
- Excellent communication skills for translating complex data into actionable insights.
- Able to manage competing priorities in fast-paced environments.
- Previous experience with federal agencies preferred.
- Eligibility for government clearance.
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without employer sponsorship.
