What makes this role important at Ipsos?
As a Qual PM at PRS IN VIVO, you will be part of a global team of project managers and ensure operational excellence and seamless project delivery in close partnership with the Insights team.
What You Can Expect To Be Doing
Project setup & Recruitment management
- Manage project handover from Insights team lead
- Develop and manage screeners (including approvals and translations if required)
- Coordinate and oversee recruitment
- Build and track timelines, ensuring key milestones are met
Fieldwork & Logistics coordination
- Book and liaise with venues, recruiters, and external suppliers
- Coordinate moderators and translators where required
- Organise fieldwork logistics (materials, stimulus preparation, shelf setups, online links, streaming, platforms, etc.)
- Monitor respondent grids and ensure quality control during fieldwork
Supplier & Budget management
- Act as the main operational contact for suppliers and partners
- Ensure smooth collaboration between all stakeholders
- Manage supplier invoicing and track project costs
Backroom Assistance
- Attend some studies (Virtual & in-person)
- Assist with backroom management (arranging meals / responding to client requests)
- Note-taking
Growth Opportunities
- Discussion Guide training and development
- Assist Insights lead with report writing
This might be the job for you if you have:
- 2–3 years' experience in qualitative research project management (agency or client-side)
- Strong understanding of recruitment and fieldwork processes
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Confident communicator with suppliers and internal stakeholders
Pay
In accordance with NY/CO/CA/WA law, the estimated base salary range for this role is $65,000 to $70,000. Your final base salary will be determined based on several non-discriminatory factors which may include but are not limited to location, work experience, skills, knowledge, education and/or certifications.
