Qualified Professional Service Coordinator (QP)

About the role

Join our team as a Qualified Professional Service Coordinator (QP) in Elizabeth City, NC. You will work directly with people in need of assistance or living with intellectual or developmental disabilities, or other complex medical needs, coordinating quality services in assigned multi-county areas.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Direct Care staff
• Conduct home visits to monitor services provided
• Meet and follow up with families regarding progression and treatment plans
• Review documentation and reports

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related human service field AND two years of full-time experience working with the population served
• Minimum of 2 years experience supervising others preferred
• Ability to adapt to new technology as needed
• Strong reading, writing, and communication skills for documentation, support plans, and collaboration

Starting at $47,300.00 per year.

Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
