Qualified Professional (IDD)-Day Program

What You’ll Do

  • Provide clinical oversight and guidance to staff and individuals receiving services
  • Facilitate personal growth and independence through staff training and mentorship
  • Advocate for service recipients, ensuring their needs and goals are always prioritized
  • Organize and coordinate staff and program resources
  • Ensure quality and timeliness of documentation
  • Communicate professionally with families, guardians, staff, and stakeholders
  • Participate in committees and help foster agency growth and sustainability
  • Stay current with mandated training and best practices
  • Support operational efficiency and fiscal responsibility
  • Use your knowledge of assessments, interventions, and outcome evaluations to improve programs
  • Maintain compliance with program licensure, certification standards, and all regulatory guidelines
  • Mentor staff in behavior management, positive reinforcement, and mission-driven practices

Education & Experience

  • Must be a Qualified Professional in I/DD
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related human service field (with relevant experience)
  • Experience in MH/DD/SAS systems preferred
  • Strong organizational, planning, and communication skills
  • Proficient in standard office software and equipment
