Requirements

  • Related Human Services degree and at least 2 years of experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, or
  • Non-related degree and at least 4 years of experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities

Qualifications

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and computer skills
  • A genuine passion for serving individuals with disabilities

Skills

  • Coordinate and monitor services for children and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities
  • Provide person-centered support to individuals and families
  • Collaborate with team members and service providers to ensure continuity of care
  • Maintain timely, accurate documentation and service records
  • Use strong communication, organizational, and computer skills to manage daily responsibilities
