Pride in North Carolina, LLC is seeking a Qualified Professional to join our Community Support Team and provide direct and indirect services to adults with mental health needs.
The CST Qualified Professional works as part of a team to plan, coordinate, and monitor services, ensuring continuity and quality care for persons served.

Responsibilities
- Develop and monitor person-centered plans.
- Provide supportive counseling and crisis management.
- Assist with vocational, housing, and other basic needs.
- Document services accurately in the information system.
- Participate in team meetings and clinical training events.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a human services field and two years of experience with the mental health population. Non-human services degree may qualify with four years of mental health experience.
