Qualified Nursery Practitioner
The Role
Supporting children’s learning, development, and wellbeing in line with the EYFS framework
Planning and delivering fun, engaging, and age-appropriate activities
Building strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
Observing and recording children’s progress and development
Creating a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment
Supporting daily routines including play, mealtimes, and personal care
Requirements
A relevant childcare qualification (Level 2 or Level 3 in Early Years or equivalent)
Previous experience working in a nursery or early years setting
Good understanding of the EYFS framework
A caring, patient, and enthusiastic approach
Strong communication and teamwork skills
A genuine passion for supporting early childhood development
