About the role
Aster Place Assisted Living is seeking a Full-time Evening shift and Full-time Nights Qualified Medication Aide (QMAs).
Responsibilities
- Create a comforting and engaging atmosphere for our residents.
- Promote the physical and psychosocial well-being of the residents.
- Work towards a common goal of excellent care for our residents.
- Support a respectful and positive work environment.
Requirements
- Successful completion of a state approved training program in medication administration.
- Indiana QMA license.
- Strong passion for geriatric nursing and commitment to senior care excellence.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrates C.A.R.E. values to our residents, family members, customers and staff.
