What You'll Be Doing

- Develop and oversee ABA treatment plans tailored to client needs.
- Conduct assessments and track progress through data-driven decision making.
- Supervise and support Behavior Technicians / RBTs.
- Collaborate with families and other care providers for cohesive support.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation and compliance.
- Stay current with ABA research, best practices, and ethical standards.

The Role
We are seeking a full-time, passionate QBA to join our team in a hybrid position. This role blends meaningful in-center clinical work with some remote flexibility for planning, documentation, collaboration, and supervision.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a small, intentional caseload to support high-quality, individualized care.
- Develop and oversee ABA treatment plans tailored to client needs.
- Conduct assessments and track progress through data-driven decision making.
- Supervise and support Behavior Technicians / RBTs.
- Collaborate with families and other care providers for cohesive support.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation and compliance.
- Stay current with ABA research, best practices, and ethical standards.
Requirements
- Active QBA Certification (required)
- Georgia LBA (Licensed Behavior Analyst) required
- Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities preferred
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
