About the role

Alpaca Health is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Qualified Autism Services Practitioner – Supervisor (QASP‑S) to join an ABA practice and provide high‑quality, individualized care to clients and families. As a QASP‑S, you will work closely with clients, caregivers, and your clinical team to develop and implement effective treatment plans while supporting meaningful progress and skill development.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Provide and oversee evidence‑based ABA services.
• Monitor client progress through data collection and analysis.
• Make data‑driven adjustments to treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with caregivers and other members of the care team.
• Provide clinical guidance and supervision to behavior technicians, as applicable.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Follow QABA ethical standards and applicable state requirements.

Qualifications

• Current QASP‑S certification in good standing with QABA (Qualified Applied Behavior Analysis Credentialing Board).
• Experience providing ABA services.
• Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Commitment to ethical, evidence‑based care.
• Current CPR certification.
