Qual Assurance Associate

About the role

SAIC is looking for a Quality Assurance Associate to support the MIDAS Weights and Characterization programs; including analyzing of munitions related engineering drawings, specifications, and other technical data.

Responsibilities

• Conducting research, then entering data directly into the MIDAS program
• Utilizing various databases
• Reading, interpreting, and extracting data from engineering drawings
• Performing research on subject material constituents
• Contacting various vendors and compiling vendor data

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years experience in a technical program
• AS degree or higher
• Solid background in drafting and/or CAD modeling
• Ability to read and extract information from engineering drawings
• Must possess a desire to stay in a position long-term, as position takes a tremendous amount of training to become effective in the completion of characterization packages
• Must be able to obtain full secret clearance; interim secret required to start

Pay

Target salary range $40,001 - $80,000.
