Job Summary
What You'll Do
- Work with Quadient Inspire, Scaler, Dynamic Communications, and Interactive to design and develop customer communications.
- Collaborate with IT and business teams to suggest best practices for architecture, form development, and data integration.
- Be involved in the full development lifecycle—from design to deployment—for systems related to document processing, printing, and mailing.
- Integrate with upstream/downstream systems across platforms like Unix, AIX, and Linux.
- Handle data inputs such as XML, JSON, and flat files; and generate outputs like TNO, PDF, and AFP.
- Use tools like API, MQ, and SFTP to fetch input files.
What You Bring
- Strong experience with Quadient Inspire, Scaler, Dynamic Communications, and Interactive.
- Ability to understand business requirements and create functional/technical design documents and mapping specs.
- Comfortable monitoring jobs via the Scaler Dashboard and troubleshooting any issues.
Nice to Have
- Experience with other CCM tools like Oracle Documaker and Xpression.
- Knowledge of Java, SQL, Groovy, GitHub, and AWS Cloud.
