Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of multiple restaurant locations within the district
- Drive sales growth and profitability through effective management practices
- Implement operational policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards
- Lead, mentor, and develop restaurant management teams
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor performance and provide feedback
- Analyze financial reports and implement strategies to improve financial performance
- Ensure exceptional customer service and quality standards are met
- Collaborate with marketing teams to execute local promotions and initiatives
Requirements
- Proven experience as a District Manager or Area Manager in the restaurant industry
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze financial reports and make data-driven decisions
- In-depth knowledge of restaurant operations and management
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle challenging situations
- Ability to travel between locations as needed
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
Pay
A competitive salary range of $80,000 - $90,000 annually
