About the role

The Quality Program team supports delivery quality by providing objective, timely, and actionable feedback to engagement teams and facilitating the identification of systemic quality issues across Industries and Offering Portfolios.

Responsibilities

• Oversight and Contextual Ownership of Industry Engagements
• Support the highest risk projects in the industry using all available tools and data
• Equip Industry Risk Managers with real-time information
• Track, monitor, and escalate early warning indicators
• Orchestrate Industry Updates on Cost of Quality (CoQ) data and trends
• Keep Engagement Status Notes updated
• Manage CoQ Root Cause management and refine categories
• Design and test system and reporting enhancements
• Manage bi-directional relationships with QRM Risk Managers and Industry Finance Risk Leaders

Qualifications

• 6+ years of quality management, risk management, project management, program management, or engagement oversight
• BBA/BA/BS in related field
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship
