Main responsibilities
- Respect of Customer specifications: Ensure that customer specifications are known and respected for all Product life.
- Manage Quality Planning: Plan and Monitor Internal + Customer Quality Planning respectively through APQP or other customer system and YPMS/GPMS on expected quality level and within defined timing.
- APQP methodology (assure a continuous Cross Functional team approach): • Be the APQP expert within CSC. • Strengthen the cross-functional approach within project launch through applying APQP methodology $within YEMEA and problem-solving initiated where required. • Promote Proactive reporting of Risks identified during APQP reviews and escalate correctly. • Preparation of the PRM meeting Summary Report
- CSR expert within CSC QA: • Be the expert on customer (specific) requirements within CSC; • Proactively guides the CSC QA team on correct appplication of and compliance with customer (specific) requirements
- Support of internal / customer audits: • Support of customer specific audits (if required) • Quality support of MPSO audit (if required)
- Support Risks Assessment: Provide Preventive and Proactive approach to the project Team for Risks Identification and mitigation Drive Safe Launch Quality activities "QAP or other Activities during Launches"
- Mass Production Support: Give support to Production Plants for Problem Solving of Quality Issues found on products after SOP Plan and Monitor Quality Tasks linked to product/process modification requests
- Reporting: Ensure full reporting on time to YAZAKI Plants, CQ and CSC regarding project Quality Tasks progress
- Support QIP + Kakotora for related project and OEM: Support QIP + Kakotora starting from data analysis to provide Technical solutions to identified issues
- EOS/QMS: Full support for respect of Internal procedures and Certification Bodies Requirements is mandatory
- Training of CSC QPEs: • Trains new and existing QPEs into correct application of APQP methodology within project launch; • Proactively supports CSC QPEs with regard to APQP best practice within projects that they are assigned to (including business transfers);
- Continuous Improvement: • Continuously drives analysis of improvement potentials within CSC APQP scope; '• Pro-actively supports risk management activities within project launch
