QMAP- Full Time (Thurs, Fri, Sat 6A-6:30P)

Essential Responsibilities

• Affords assistance with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Reminds residents of scheduled activities, social events, meals, and other needs.
• Supervises and administers medications in accordance with training and state regulations.
• Assists with laundry and serves meals in the dining room.
• Monitors residents' condition, including mental and physical health, and reports concerns to the assisted living director.
• Responds to call signals, conducts rounds, and ensures resident safety and security.
• Provides general support, comfort, and socialization opportunities to residents.
• Supports activities and social events as needed, following instructions for evening and weekend programming.
• Transports residents to and from meals and activities, including wheelchair transport.
• Assists with admission, orientation, discharge, and transfer processes.
• Be cross-trained to work in various levels of care, including Assisted Living and Assisted Living Memory Care.

Education And Work Experience

• Required: High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Prior to entry level: Medication Assistant training based on state regulations.

Physical Requirements

• Sufficient physical ability and mobility to work in an office/community setting.
• Standing or sitting for prolonged periods.
• Occasional stooping, bending, kneeling, crouching, reaching, and twisting.
• Lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling light to moderate amounts of weight up to 50 lbs.
• Repetitive movements of wrists, hands, and fingers – typing and writing.
• Clarity of vision: Near visual acuity, clarity of vision at approximately 20 inches or less, and clarity of vision at 20 feet or more.

Compensation

Pay Range: $18.99 - $25.27 per hour.

Reasonable Pay Estimate: A reasonable estimate of the pay range for this position is $18.99 - $25.27 per hour. Numerous factors are considered in determining the actual offered rate of pay, including but not limited to: job-related qualifications, experience, skills, education, geographic location, and consideration of internal and external equity.
